Exceptional Staff Made Our Stay Wonderful!
We spent 2 nights in a spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and the highlight was the friendly staff! Emma at the front desk offered great dining recommendations, while our server, Naveeda, went above and beyond to ensure our dinner was perfect. Don’t miss the on-site restaurant!

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and it was clean and spacious. The bedding was super comfy, which made for good nights. Just had a bit of a problem with the room being under-lit in the mornings, making it tough to get ready. Overall, a decent place to crash after a long day of activities.

Had an amazing trip with my friends! We visited Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, making unforgettable memories. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, parking can be pricey. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely come back.
One downside was that our room was a bit under-lit, making it tough to get ready in the morning. It would be nice if they worked on that a little.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and clean rooms, but unfortunately, the WiFi barely worked, and parking was a hassle. Staff were generally friendly, yet some issues with responsiveness arose. The bed was comfy, and the amenities were decent. Overall, not a bad experience, but there is room for improvement.

Had an amazing trip for my business needs! The King Room was spacious and modern with everything I needed to stay productive. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with freshly baked pastries and organic juices that really hit the spot. The staff were professional and super responsive, making everything smooth.
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times.

Just an appropriate option for a mini-break over the weekend in Costa Mesa with good value considering price it charged. The executive lounge was supposed to be open 24 hours but was unexpectedly closed, which made it inconvenient for my presentation prep. Check the lounge hours before making plans.

The hotel had a clean facility and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the spaciousness of my room, which made it easy to relax. Had a great night’s sleep with the comfortable bedding. However, the AC in my room made annoying noises, making it tough to get rest. Also, I faced issues with my refrigerator. it kept making loud sounds, which was frustrating. The breakfast options were tasty, but the staff seemed inattentive at times. Parking fees felt steep for the area. In general, it’s a decent place, but some maintenance and service consistency are needed.
